I just found this area after seriously looking at Tammy's Ebay site. I have watched the videos on Hummel care before, but just didn't look far enough I guess.

Hummels are my main large passion and I have been collecting since I was in Germany in the late 70's. It's mostly my Mom's fault since that was what she asked me to send back then, and I had to have a couple too. Her collection outnumbers mine because she stayed with the Hummel club all these years and let my membership lapse until recently. That won't happen again! I love Ebay which can be a seller's nightmare but boy do I get some great Hummels. I will soon have to add another curio cabinet since I'm running out of room, but that's ok.

I also recently discovered Avon's Hummingbird Crystal China in a local consignment shop and since I will buy almost anything with a hummingbird on it, it is the perfect China set for me. So far the 'set build' is going good.

I guess that is enough of my 'stuff' since the barbies, thimbles, spoons, and others are either smaller collections or ones I don't buy much any more. (Just store)

Good to find a place to gather info and discuss such things.
