I have a collection of cobalt blue porcelain with an image of a greek or roman woman on it. There are perfume bottles, demitasse cups and saucers, ewers, vases of all sizes, open weave basket and the list goes on. The backstamp is FEDORA in green. I can not find any info on this company. It is much like the german souvenir pieces you find i.e. with a building or state on the front. Any help would be great. Thanks, Beth

My husband bought the estate of a long time antiques dealer. Amongst the items were three pieces of this porcerlain that intrigued me. A covered sugar and creamer. I searched for info and could never find any. I also always looked for more pieces and that too eluded me. Once ebay started I was able to add to the collection. Almost always i was the only bidder. Most sellers priced it reasonable and on occasion a piece would be very high priced. I always asked each seller what they knew and no one knew a thing. At first glance ot appears to be fine porcelain but as the collection grew, I discoved glaze skips and lack of detail to other matters whih lead me to believe it is more in the line of a souvenir porcelain. If you are familar with the cobalt blue pieces that have landmarks of building in cities and town on it then you will know exactly what these pieces look and feel like. A few things have lead us to think this is possible from a 1904 Worlds Fair souvenir item but we can not find any information to substantiate this notion. We have perfumes, demitasse or child size tea cups, saucers, covered sugars, creamers, vases and ewers in many forms and sizes the largest vase about 12-14″ high, an open weave basket, and a few more pieces….So with all said I hope this helps you in understanding what we have and maybe shed some like on this intriguing collectible. Interesting story! Regarding world's fair stuff… that's interesting. If you could prove it was world's fair it would definitely increase the value. Any world's fair afficionados out there?!

Hi Beth, I have wondered about this makers mark too. I have a cup that looks just like your set, but have not been able to find any info on it. My search led me to your post. If you are interested, send me your mailing address and I'll send it your way. You can pay me the postage when it arrives. Some of the gold has worn off around the rim, no chips or cracks, 1.75″ tall, I don't have the saucer - just the cup.
