Bert Rover plate made by Vernon Kilns. White plate with red musical notes on rim, the song he and his waiters used to sing in his restaurant the “Paris Inn” in 1923. His face is in the middle of the plate. He was a famous tenor/singer. Pictures of his restaurant are also on the plate. The restaurant address was 210 East Market Street, Los Angeles, California.
